Dakua (Groundnut & roasted Maize balls)
This is a very tasty snack from the north

100g/4oz groundnut/peanuts (roasted)
125g/5oz finely roasted maize meal
I level teaspoon ground chilli
50g / 2oz caster sugar
pinch of salt

Grind the peanuts finely, add the maize meal salt, pepper and sugar. Mix together thoroughly. Shape firmly into thin fingers or balls and arrange on a plate covered with doily paper .
