KULI-KULI( Ground nut cakes)
Deep fried peanut oulp usually crushed on Lansur salad, but can also be eaten as a snack on it's own

500g /llb groundnuts/peanuts,roasted
salt to taste

Pound or grind the roasted peanuts to a smooth paste, Collect into a ball, knead and squeeze to remove oil use some water if necessary. Shape the pulp into rounds, heat the oil extracted from the peanuts unl hot and fry the shaped balls brown .Drain and serve cold or crushed on salad .
