A husband has admitted throwing a sex, drugs and rock and roll-fueled ‘death party’ for his wife before killing her.

Duane Johnson, 59, pleaded guilty to criminal neglect at a court hearing Monday, and is set to spend three years in jail for killing wife Debra, 69, in January this year.

Third-degree murder charges against Johnson were dropped as part of a plea deal during the hearing in New Ulm, Minnesota.

Brown County prosecutor Charles Hanson said after ‘We feel this outcome serves the interests of justice.’

Johnson – whose gurning mugshot generated worldwide interest – had fulfilled Debra’s wish to have one last hedonistic party before dying.

He withdrew her from the nursing home where she was being treated for chronic diabetes and mental health issues, before bringing her home for the five day long bash.

The Johnsons smoked crystal meth, blasted out heavy metal music by band Quiet Riot, and had sex after Debra asked her partner to make love to her.

She died around 90 minutes after having sex with her husband, the South Minnesota News reported.

After Debra died, Johnson called 911. Deputies from Brown County Sheriff’s Office found the words ‘Death Parde (sic) God Hell) sprayed on his front door.

He then appeared naked in the doorway, and yelled ‘My wife is dead upstairs.’

Asked about why he was naked, Johnson said ‘I need to wash this stuff off me,’ then climbed into a bathtub.

He said small black and white objects were pouring out of his skin.

Cops found Debra wrapped tightly in a gray sheet, with Johnson telling police he wanted to ‘prepare the dead like the bible’ told him to.

Johnson was later found to have 47 guns in his home, many of them stolen.
