Gunmen kill former Enugu commissioner, Gab Onuzulike, brother

Gunmen, on Friday, November 18, killed a former commissioner for rural development in Enugu state, Gab Onuzulike.

Onuzulike, who was also a former chairman of Oji river local government area, was killed alongside his elder brother, Elvis.

They were shot dead on Friday evening at Nkpokolo Achi, while returning from a burial ceremony in the area, according to The Nation.

A source, while confirming the development, said that a team of security operatives killed one of the gunmen, and arrested another member of the gang.

Meanwhile, the Enugu state police command is.yet to verify the incident at the time of filing this report.
