Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) workers has cried out to the state government to pay up their salaries.
According to a post by gistlovers.blog1 on Instagram, he said;
“Ibrahim Oduboni pay lawma their salaries. Ibrahim Oduboni these are old women. People’s mothers,wives,husbands.”
“Ibrahim Odumboni pay them their salary. If I start digging into your dirty life you might loose that sit you are on. You will account for all single penny.”
“Don’t say you are not told, @jidesanwoolu please look into this #paylawmatheirsalaries”

Meanwhile, employers in different sectors of the economy have disengaged workers to mitigate the negative effect of coronavirus pandemic on their ventures.
The data showed that close to 6,000 beneficiaries, comprising organisations and individuals, had accessed the loans so far.
Reports from across the country revealed that workers have been disengaged from aviation, hospitality, banking, construction, manufacturing, media and sales and services sectors.
The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) reported over the weekend that 42 percent of Nigerian workers lost their jobs as a result of the impact of COVID-19, diminishing incomes of 79 percent of households in Nigeria.
