Nigerian entertainer, Adekunle Temitope a.k.a Small Doctor on Wednesday handed himself over to the police for breach of the social distance regulations imposed by Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

According to The Nation, Small Doctor was among the guests who attended the birthday party hosted by Funke Akindele-Bello for the 43rd birthday of her husband on Saturday.

However, Small Doctor arrived at Ogba Magistrate Court on Wednesday after 12 noon in a jeep utility vehicle.

He was dressed in a black Tee Shirt over a white and green jogger with a white canvass shoe to match.

According to a police source, Small Doctor appeared in court to honour an invitation sent by the Police to all those who were at the party.

Small Doctor was however prevented from entering the premises of Ogba Magistrate Court and was directed to a police vehicle.

He held discussions with a senior police officer in the security vehicle.

A few minutes after, he was taken away in another Police van marked PF 296 SPY.
