Port Harcourt hotel serial killer: David West confessed to killing girls in Rivers state and tying handkerchief on their neck and leg (video)

A video which captured moment Port Harcourt serial killer, Gracious David West confessed to killing some girls in hotels across the state and tying white handkerchiefs on their leg and neck, has gone viral on social media. 

Confessing to the crime while being paraded before newsmen after his arrest, the Port Harcourt serial killer talked about how he contacted the girls, the name of the hotel he took some of them to and how he carried out the killing late in the night.
