The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has dismissed the request of the PDP and Atiku/Obi legal team, seeking leave of court to inspect INEC Server and other Electoral Materials.
One of the reasons given by the judges is that the issue of the server and card reader is a substantive issue before the court and cannot be determined at the interlocutory stage.
