Nigerians have reacted to the comment made by the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, that he is seeking to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari to unite the nation.
The APC leader made this known on Thursday during a visit to the palace of the Ewi of Ado Ekiti, Oba Adeyemo Adejugbe, where he met with traditional rulers.
Naija News report that Bola Tinubu said he will fix Nigeria’s security challenges and rejig the crumbling economy, adding that he is contesting to renew hope and make the future of children great.
Speaking to the traditional ruler, Tinubu said he chose to consult with monarchs before officially declaring for the presidency because of his respect for culture and tradition.
Speaking on his credentials, the former lawmaker said he was with MKO Abiola in Social Democratic Party before he became a Senator.
Nigerians have now taken to social media to slam the former Lagos governor for claiming that he wants to succeed Buhari to make the future Nigerian children great and curb insecurity.
