Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is excited with Leicester City’s impressive 3-1 win against Fulham in their English Premier League clash at the King Power Stadium on Saturday, Completesports.com reports.
The win was The Foxes’ first under new manager Brendan Rodgers following last weekend’s 2-1 loss to Watford which was the former Liverpool gaffer’s maiden game in charge of the club.
Youri Tielemans’ goal gave The Foxes the lead after 21 minutes, but Floyd Ayite restored parity for Fulham in the 50th minute.
Former Three Lions of England forward Jamie Vardy scored twice in eight minutes to secure a crucial win for the former Premier League champions.
Ndidi has made 30 league appearances for Leicester City this season and has scored twice.
