Super Eagles new assistant coach, Joseph Yobo has described former Nigeria international striker, Odion Ighalo as a dedicated player whose work ethics can be emulated by upcoming players.
In a chat with Complete Sports at the launch of Castle Africa 5s in Lagos recently, Yobo who was a veteran EPL player while with Everton in his playing days says the EPL is a very demanding league where only players ready to work hard can succeed.
The former Eagles skipper who is also Trophy 5-A-Side ambassador commended Ighalo’s determination while wishing him luck with
the Red Devils.
“Ighalo playing for Manchester United at this point in his career really shows his dedication and hardwork which is very commendable.

“I hope up and coming players can emulate his dedication because it goes a long way to determine the height any player can achieve in football.
“He has done well with the national team too and I can only wish him the best of luck at United,” said Yobo who was also asked about his happiest moments while playing active football.
“My happiest moments was winning trophies with my club and country. And my saddest moments was losing any game we thought we were winning.”
