A Federal High Court sitting in Yola, Adamawa state, has ordered the APC Hour of Reps member-elect for Yola South/North/Girei Federal Constituency, Abdurrauf Abubakar Modibbo to surrender his victory to the PDP candidate, Jaafaru Sulaiman Ribadu who was the runner up in the general election.
The court considered the primary election that produced the APC lawmaker as inconclusive.
