Michael Jackson’s youngest son buys $2.6 million house
Legendary pop singer, Michael Jackson’s youngest son Blanket Jackson has purchased a luxury property worth millions of dollars after celebrating his 18th birthday on February 21, 2020.
Prince Michael ‘Blanket’ Jackson did not take a long time to ‘fly the nest’ as he purchased his first home just days after his birthday.
According to Metro UK, Blanket bought a six-bedroom house in the city of Calabasas, California, and the property reportedly cost $2.6 million.
Blanket follows in the footsteps of his older siblings – his sister Paris Jackson bought a $2 million (£1.5 million) property in the semi-remote Topanga Canyon wilderness back in 2017. Shortly after, Michael’s oldest child Michael Jackson Jr aka Prince splurged on a home in the seaside community of Rancho Palos Verdes, California for $2.2 million (£1.7 million).
Some of Blanket’s neighbours are likely to include Kardashian-Jenner clan, John Travolta, reality star Kendra Wilson, rap icon Dr Dre, retired NBA star Al Harrington and OJ Simpson prosecutor Marcia Clark.
Blanket is the last of Michael Jackson’s children to buy a house, and he previously lived in the much larger Calabasas estate in the nearby Estates at the Oaks enclave, with his grandmother Katherine after his father’s death.
