A nylon factory on Clem road Ijaye, close to Immaculate College, in Lagos is on fire.

The fire started a few minutes ago.

Residents said the cause of the inferno is still unknown.

The Acting Director of Lagos State Fire Service Mrs. Margaret Adeseye, confirmed the outbreak to our correspondent.

She said fire fighters have been notified and were on the way to the building.
