Residents of Isiala Mbano LGA headquarters, Umuelemia have been spotted scooping diesel from a fallen tanker while entering Fred Iyke filling station in Imo state.

The very risky incident left many people shocked.

Some blamed it on the poverty level in the country.

Relevant authorities have been advised to intervene.
