Bauchi Gov. Mohammed accepts constructive criticisms

Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi State, at a PDP stakeholders meeting at the Banquet Hall, Government House, Bauchi, expressed willingness to accept constructive criticism to enable him make success in his administration of the state.

The governor was of the view that for the administration to meet the expectations of the citizenry, he would ensure the engagement of all the relevant stakeholders for the well-being of the people, particularly, women and children.

Governor Mohammed promised that his administration will not repeat the mistakes of the previous administrations in the state in order not to be rejected by the people the state.

The PDP State Chairman, Alhaji Hamza Koshe Akuyam, had explained that the meeting was to discuss on the challenges facing the party. He assured readiness of the PDP administration to respond to the expectations and aspirations of citizens.

The Deputy Governor, Senator Bala Tela; Deputy Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Dallami Ahmed Kawule; former Speaker of the Assembly, Bappah Haruna Disina; Senator Abdul Ahmed Ninigi, Senator Sulaiman Nazif Gamawa and Senator Isah Hamma Misau, also contributed to reinforcing the governor’s assurance to run a responsive government in Bauchi State.

Other stakeholders at the meeting include: former State Chairman, Garba Mohammed Noma; and the Commissioner for Works and Transport, Alhaji Abdulkadir Ibrahim.

The Speakers condemned those planning to cause disharmony among stakeholders of the party which they said has been affecting the development of the state.

While assuring the governor of their loyalty and support, the stakeholders appealed to him to ensure the fulfillment of his campaign promises.
