Biodun Fatoyinbo, the senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), accused of rape is still in police custody despite being served bail hours after interrogating him, the police have said.
Frank Mba, police spokesman, said on Tuesday night, August 27, that Fatoyinbo was served bail hours after quizzing him over the rape allegation but was still in police custody pending when he meets his bail conditions.
“He has been served bail but he is still with us. He will remain with us until he meets his bail conditions,” Mba said, according to a report by The Cable.
