80-year-old Woman Goes Missing In Lagos After Joining Bus

An 80-year-old woman in Lagos, Amosa Bakare, has been declared missing under mysterious circumstances, Sahara Reporters can confirm.

Bakare’s family told Sahara Reporters that the octogenarian was initially declared missing on Wednesday August 21, 2019 at about noon when she was last seen joining a bus going to Oshodi from her residence in Mushin, Lagos.

The 80-year-old’s disappearance is coming amidst concerns of rising kidnappings and disappearances in the country.

The Lagos State Police Command said it had launched an investigation into the woman’s disappearance.
