On Tuesday, two persons lost their lives in a road accident that occurred along Iseyin-Ogbomoso Road.
Iseyin-Ogbomoso Road is the major road that links Oke Ogun and Ogbomoso in Oyo State.
Daily Post reports that two people, a driver and one of the passengers, died in the accident.
It was learnt that the 18-passenger bus ferrying people from Iseyin enroute Ogbomoso somersaulted along the expressway.
Some indigenes of Iseyin identified the driver as Alhaji Lukman Omipoleko Olope.
The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Sector Commander in Oyo State, Joshua Adekanye, confirmed the incident to DAILY POST on Wednesday.
Adekanye, in a telephone conversation, said that the incident occured at Aworo Dada village.
He added that a rescue operation was carried out by operatives of the vigilante and the Amotekun Corps.
