The Presidential Election Petitions Court has decided to defer judgment in the petition filed by Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), seeking to challenge the results of the presidential election held on February 25.
A five-member of justices led by Justice Haruna Tsammani said the date would be communicated to parties.
Earlier, the court observed the adoption of final written addresses by parties in the petition.
