Chukwuma Soludo, the Governor of Anambra State, on Saturday received Olusegun Obasanjo, a former Nigerian president at the Anambra International Airport, Umueri.
The former president was in Anambra State to attend a town hall meeting today where Soludo will present his one-year anniversary scorecard.
The event is scheduled to take place at the International Convention Center, Awka, the state capital.
Soludo, a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, was declared winner of the Anambra governor election on November 10, 2021 by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
The governor who was sworn in on March 17, 2022, clocked one year in office last week.
