Men of the Lagos State Rapid Response Squad, RRS, last night apprehended 29 year old, Michael Ayo from Osun State in front of the Ikeja City Mall, Alausa, while attempting to snatch a mobile phone from a Lady.
Eyewitnesses confirmed it was not the first time he would be arrested over a similar crime.
