After a petroleum truck burst in Lagos on Friday morning, a guy who has yet to be recognized was presumed killed and some vehicles were destroyed.
The incident happened around 2 a.m. on the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway in Ajegunle.
The tanker, which was carrying 45,000 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), was reportedly on its way to Ayinde Filling Station to discharge its cargo when it crashed while negotiating a bend.
People were alleged to have raced to Tollgate once the content spilled and were scooping fuel, which eventually culminated in the explosion.
