The Senior Pastor, Grace Nation International, also known as Liberation City, Pastor Chris Okafor has adviced his church members to join the ongoing protest against the extrajudicial activities of the now-defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
KanyiDaily had reported that there is an ongoing #EndSARS protest across the country against the SARS tactical unit of the Nigerian Police Force over its brutality, illegal arrest, extortion, extra-judicial killings, among others.
Speaking during his Sunday service, Pastor Okafor expressed support for the EndSARS protesters saying the agitation would checkmate the excesses of government for a better Nigeria.
The cleric also expressed readiness to join the protest not only for #EndSARS, but also to #EndBadGovernance and #EndBadPolitics in the country.
According to him, the protest would put government on its toes and force it to plan for a better tomorrow for the protesting youths.
Pastor Okafor also noted that the peaceful conduct of the youths during the protest signal that politic would no longer be lucrative in the country.
The cleric said with the protest, the youths can now take their rightful place in governance, having demonstrated that without a specific leader, they could peaceful seek for change.
Okafor also encouraged the protesters to remain steadfast saying God is behind them as their destiny lie in their hands. He stated that said he would join the protesters tomorrow as they continue to press home their demands.

Meanwhile, some suspected thugs were caught on camera attacking RSS police officers after hijacking the ongoing peaceful #EndSARS protest at Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba area of Lagos State.
