Arresenal will hand Bukayo Saka a bumper pay rise if they pen him down to a new contract.
The teenager’s current deal expires next summer.
The 18-year-old has been one of the Gunners’ stand-out performers this season, excelling as an emergency left-back in recent months.
Although naturally a winger, the academy graduate’s displays in defence have drawn plenty of attention.
Manchester United and Liverpool are said to be among the clubs in the Premier League keeping tabs on Saka, while outfits across Europe will also undoubtedly be watching his contract situation with a keen interest.
But reports have claimed that whenever football eventually reconvenes from the coronavirus outbreak, tying Saka down long term will be a priority for Mikel Arteta.

The England under-19 international has made 29 first-team appearances this season, playing in the 18 Premier League times.
And with his enormous potential, Arsenal are understandably keen to get the London-born attacker to pen an extension.
Saka’s current terms pay him around £5,000 a week per The Athletic.
But it is claimed say Arsenal will give the player a substantial increase should he sign a new contract.
The Athletic say many clubs are coveting Saka and that regardless of the coronavirus crisis, which is set to have a major impact on Arsenal’s finances, they will find money to increase his terms.
Arsenal’s squad are currently in negotiations to take a 12-month pay cut to prevent the club heading into financial difficulties as a result of the COVID-19 crisis.
