Taiwo Afolabi was named Player of the Match following Flamingos’ 4-1 victory over New Zealand on Wednesday night.
The number 10 bossed the midfield all day and got a goal for herself early in the second half.
Afolabi nodded home Nigeria’s fourth goal of the day on 55 minutes.
Shakirat Moshood, Khadijat Adegoke and Faridat Abdulwahab were the other goal scorers for Bankole Olowookere’s side in the game.

New Zealand got their consolation goal through Hannah Saxon.
The Flamingos occupy top spot in the group with three points from one game.
Ecuador, who defeated hosts Dominican Republic 2-0 also have the same points but with an inferior goal difference.
The Flamingos will face Ecuador in their next game on Saturday.
