Ademola Lookman was not at his best as Atalanta rallied back from 2-0 down to snatch a point against Spezia on Wednesday afternoon.
The home team took the lead on eight minutes through Emanuel Gyasi who got in front of Rafael Toloi to tap in from six yards at the near post.
It was his first Serie A goal of the season.
M’Bala Nzola got the second a minute after the half hour mark when he was set up by
Medhi Bourabia.
Lookman, who was booked late in the first half was replaced by Luis Muriel on 57 minutes.
Substitute Rasmus Hojlund pulled a goal back for Atalanta 13 minutes from time.
Mario Pasalic then equalised for the visitors in stoppage time.
