Kadri told reporters that his team couldn’t utilise their chances in the second half.
“We lacked the final touch and weren’t realistic,” Reuters quoted Kadri as saying.
“The performance in the first half was not up to expectations and we did not create many chances. The situation changed in the second half and we created several chances but we failed to put the ball in.”
Tunisia are third in Group D with one point after two games.
The Carthage Eagles play France next on Wednesday, November 30.
