Nigeria and Villareal forward, Samuel Chukwueze led some Super Eagles players, past and present, in showering love on the needy and fans during the Christmas celebrations, Completesports.com reports.
The 20-year old wing sensation showed he has a good heart by visiting a charity home before Christmas where he gave out gifts to many children in the home in the spirit of Christmas.
Chukwueze took to Twitter to share his excitement during the visitation and also offered a cash gift of N20k to twenty people on Instagram.
“Had the best time visiting children and staff at Casa Ronald Charity Yesterday for @rocnationsports ‘Kicks for Kids’ campaign . Thank you for the very warm welcome, I really enjoyed ourselves and it was nice to put smiles on some faces,” Chukwueze tweeted on his Twitter platform before Christmas Day.

Then he posted on his Instagram page: “Giveaway time for 20 people. Tell me what you can do with 20k this Xmas today and tomorrow and drop your account details.”
On his part, Super Eagles and Leicester City midfield strongman, Wilfred Ndidi simply posted a message on Twitter: “MERRY CHRISTMAS”.
Former Nigeria international, Odion Ighalo was also not left out as the Shanghai Shenhua of China forward who emerged the highest goalscorer with five goals at the 2019 AFCON posted a picture of himself celebrating Christmas.
Former Eagles skipper and Trabzonspor of Turkey midfielder, John Obi Mikel simply shared a picture of his twins playing with their toys on his Instagram.
However, former Eagles captain, Nwankwo Kanu was in sober mood during Christmas following the death of a young girl in his Foundation.
“Why why why one of Kanu heart foundation gone. My daughter gone gone gone. I can’t believe this. R I P Eniton God knows all… sad sad sad. Don’t know what to do,” the two-time African Footballer of the Year winner tweeted on his Twitter handle, papilokanu.
