A renowned Nigerian music star, Damini Ogulu, a.k.a. Burna Boy, has emerged winner of the Best International Act at the Black Entertainment Awards (BET) 2023.
Burna Boy outclassed Ayra Starr, Aya Nakamura, Central Cee, Ella Mai, K.O, L7nnon, Stormzy, Tiakola and Uncle Waffles to win this years Best International Act BET Awards.
Burna Boy, winner of the Best International Act BET Award in 2019 and 2021, was absent at this year’s awed, and was represented by his mother, Bose Ogulu, who is also his manager. The mother received the award on his behalf.
