Lagos: Card Reader Fails At Sanwo-Olu’s Polling Unit

Babajide Sanwo-Olu,

One of the two card readers of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at the polling unit of Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Ikoyi, Lagos State, has malfunctioned.

At the time of the report, voting had not yet commenced because the INEC officials were trying to fix the machine.

INEC had given strict instructions on the use of card readers for the governorship and state house of assembly elections.
