A sensational video of the Oluwo of Iwo land, Oba Abdul-Rasheed Akanbi wrapping something believed to be ‘weed’ with another substance has surfaced online.
The clip shows the controversial monarch in his bedroom with a hard surface on his laps rolling the concoction in a rizla in his hand, suggesting he may be a ‘science student’.
However, there is no evidence that Oba Akanbi smoked it.
