Nigerian Civil Defence Officer Caught On CCTV Stealing Money From A Woman’s Bag [Video]

An officer of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) was caught on CCTV footage stealing money from a woman’s bag.

In the embarrassing video, the armed NSCDC officer could be seen ransacking a bag that was laying on the table.

At first, he hurriedly collected all the wrapped money from the bag and was about to leave before deciding to return some of the cash.

The woman believed to be the owner of the bag, could be heard in the video background saying that the bag contained N49,050 and the amount he returned is N27,050.
