Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, and Oluremi Hamzat
Wife of the governor of Lagos State, Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, and wife of the state’s deputy governor, Oluremi Hamzat, have been sworn in as patron and grand patron respectively of the Nigeria Girl Guides Association.
The duo were sworn in on Wednesday at Lagos House.
The women performed the traditional salute of the association after their investiture, according to a tweet by the Lagos State Government.
“First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. (Mrs) Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu and Wife of the Deputy Gov., Mrs. Oluremi Hamzat, performed the traditional salute of the Nigeria Girl Guides Association after their investiture as State Patron &Grand Patron respectively of the Association at Lagos House,” the tweet said.
