The Federal Capital Territory High Court has approved the plea of former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor Godwin Emefiele.
In the new approval by the court, Emefiele can now travel outside of Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
However, the court specified that Emefiele must stay within the country, as per the original bail terms restricting him to the Federal Capital Territory.
The request for a variation of these terms was submitted by Emefiele through his legal representative, Mathew Bukka.
