10th NASS Speaker, group tips Jaji

Ahead of the 10th National Assembly’s proclamation, a group under the aegis of Baba 4 All Southern Nigeria, Northerners from the 17 Southern states of the federation led by Alhaji Saadu Yusuf Gulma the Lagos State Chairman and Coordinator South West Arewa community has dheir unflinching support for Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji to emerge Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives.

The group made the disclosure at a press conference held in Ojokoro area of Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria.

At the press parley held on Tuesday Saadu stated that their choice is informed by the selfless attributes and welfarist mien displayed by Jaji during the recent general elections, which enabled the Arewa communities deliver a bloc vote for the President–Elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all other APC candidates.

Saadu while advocating for support for Jaji stated that his swift intervention, massive investment in people friendly courses endear him to all and sundry.

In his words: “Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji has invested a lot in ensuring the welfare of the people and especially the Arewa Communities across the 17 Southern states in Nigeria, in order to facilitate massive turn out of voters in the previous elections Jaji purchase vehicles and gave it out for mobilization with funds for logistics.

“I want to state clearly that Hon Aminu Sani Jaji is a dependable and reliable personality who has helped to unite Arewa the more, he is also experienced being a federal lawmaker who has been able to use his legislative prowess to attain enviable heights.

“His immeasurable contributions makes it expedient for us to call on our brothers and sisters to support him to be the next Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives.”

Jaji who was the Director of Contact and Mobilization for the Tinubu Shettima Presidential Campaign Council for North West, hails from Zamfara state.

Hon. Hadi Sanni Special Adviser to Ogun State Governor and Coordinator Ogun State Arewa Community was quick to add that the lawmaker provided over 300 branded vehicles as well as funds to boost their morale prior to the polls.

He maintained that Jajii’s exemplary qualities made them to unanimously solicit for Asiwaju’s support toward the realization of the goal that Jaji emerge the Speaker of House of Representatives.

“In the entire history of the northern leaders we have never had someone who has shown huge concern towards our needs and challenges and also a unifying factor.

Hon. Bashir Mai Borno the Coordinator Oyo state Arewa community in his own contributions corroborated all said about Jaji adding that he will be a good complement for the president-elect if he eventually emerged.

The Lagos Arewa Community Woman Leader Hajia (Barr.) Fatima Bako also called on all Reps member to give Jaji the needed support and ensure his eventual emergence as the Speaker in the green chamber.

Highlighting the towering qualities Jaji is bringing on board, Bako stated that Jaji will be a perfect blend for the President-elect, who stands tall in every respect.
