Ever since the success of The Wedding PartyAdesua Etomi has become a bonafide movie star, shining in other blockbusters, such as King Of Boys and Up North. Now, she’s set to show off even more of her range in the upcoming action film, Muna alongside Onyeka Onwenu, Falz and more.

Muna tells the story of a young girl taken from her grandmother by a man promising her a better life. After being sold to traffickers and abused for most of her childhood, Muna grows up with one mission: seek vengeance on those who stole her innocence.

The trailer gives us very high hopes for the film, and Adesua looks to be absolutely smashing it. The clip hints at her action hero chops, and we’re excited to see what else she brings to the role. While no official release date has been announced, we are already hyped beyond words.
