Ibom Air commences Operations

Governor Udom Emmanuel has set a trailblazing record of making Akwa Ibom the first state in Nigeria to own and operate Airline business. The Ibom Air commenced operations on Wednesday lifting passengers to different destinations across the country. The Ibom Air will also operate international flights to the United States of America (US), Ghana, South Africa and others.

In Nigeria, the Ibom Air operates flight schedule on Lagos – Uyo, Abuja – Uyo and Kano – Uyo, all designated routes are to and fro.

The Ibom Air has put Akwa Ibom State on higher pedestal of economic development, revenue generation and employment opportunities.
