
Nigeria forward Victor Osimhen will miss Lille’s French Ligue 1 clash against Paris Saint Germain on Friday, November 22nd due to suspension, reports Completesports.com.
“Due to an accumulation of three yellow cards in fewer than ten games, @victorosimhen9 will be suspended for #PSGLOSC on 22 November,”reads a Tweet on the club’s official Twitter handle on Thursday.
Osimhen who linked up with Lille from Belgian outfit, Sporting Charleroi this summer is however available for Saturday’s home clash against Metz.
The 20-year-old has scored seven goals and recorded two assists in 12 league appearances for Les Dogues this season.
He scored his first away goal in Tuesday’s Champions League match 4-1 defeat to Spanish club, Valencia.
The striker is in Nigeria’s squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying double header against Benin and Lesotho billed to hold on November 13th and 17th respectively.
