Rema Drops Unofficial Video For ‘Why’, A Standout Off His Debut EP

Earlier on in the year, Mavin Records introduced us to their new artist, Rema, who immediately hit the ground running. He dropped his impressive 4-track EP, Rema, and has now come through with an unofficial video for “Why” — a standout off the project.

Rema has very quickly become a huge deal in the industry, with his single, “Dumebi” being one of the biggest bops out right now. The young singer clearly wants to keep the buzz around him strong, and that explains the release of the fun, unofficial music video for “Why”. 

On the trap-influenced “Why”, Rema sings longingly to his lover, asking her why she doesn’t reciprocate his affection. Starting off with a cameo from his mentor, D’Prince, the video sees Rema singing and dancing along to the song from the boot of a moving car.
