Dapo Fagbenle, professionally known as Daps, has fast become one of the most sought after directors for hip-hop music videos. He recently brought to life Lil Uzi Vert’s latest masterpiece “That’s A Rack”, and has now teamed up with DJ Snake and his star-studded video for “Enzo” , featuring Offset, 21 Savage , Gucci Mane and others.

The video begins in slow motion with a rearing horse which quickly morphs into the Ferrari logo as the beat sets in. Shot in black and white, Daps’ direction uses rotating cameras to capture all the angles of the superstar cast of DJ Snake, Sheck Wes, Offset, 21 Savage and Gucci Mane posing with their fancy cars.

From Offset’s verse, throughout the track, we see punchlines and prominent lyrics brought to life in the Daps-directed video. Birds, barbie dolls, a silver glove, a polar bear and more, all flash across the screen at the appropriate moment, reflecting and emphasising each rapper’s clever lyrics.

Although the video is in black and white, flashing strobe lights are used to illuminate the video, adding visual depth to the otherwise simple set. Once again, Daps has turned the rather ordinary into a visual masterpiece — delivering the most fitting video for “Enzo” that we could have imagined.
