Since the release of Peruzzi’s Heartwork EP, we’ve had the pleasure of hearing him lose control on a good number of tracks, as collaboration with him and Zlatan, Mayorkun, and even Davido again, have all surfaced in this time.

Well, it looks like once again, Peruzzi is back to show his strength as a collaborative artist, joining Yung6ix on the rapper’s latest single, “What If”.

Produced by Fresh VDM, the exciting beat for “What If” is definitely the highlight of the song – particularly the captivating guitar that lines each of Peruzzi’s chorus’ being given special attention toward the end.

Peruzzi’s chorus on harkens back to 50 Cent’s “21 Questions”, as he challenges a girl to think about where she will be for him in different scenarios, if he needs her or if he just wants her.

While Peruzzi takes control of the chorus, Yung6ix handles the song’s two verses, using his bars to boast of all the money he spends on his lover – paying his dues, in the hopes that she will finally concede.
