Vietnam’s Foreign Minister, Pham Binh Minh, arrived in Pyongyang on Tuesday ahead of North Korean Leader, Kim Jong Un’s visit to Vietnam for the summit with U.S. President, Donald Trump, later this month.
National Daily gathered that in a video provided by North Korea’s official news agency, KCNA, the Vietnamese delegation led by Pham were seen greeting North Korean officials at Pyongyang International Airport.
Minh and his party are scheduled to visit North Korea for three days from Tuesday to Thursday on the invitation of North Korean Foreign Minister, Ri Yong Ho, according to the spokesperson of Vietnam’s Foreign Ministry.
Last week, Trump said he would hold his second meeting with Kim in the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi on February 27 and 28.
