The Court of Appeal in Abuja has affirmed the election of Kogi Governor Yahaya Bello.
It also dismissed four appeals challenging his victory at the November 16, 2019 poll.
The five-man panel led by Justice Adamu Jauro, in separate unanimous judgments, dismissed the four appeals for lacking in merit.
