Say What? Doctor Arrested For Mastu-rbating While Checking Woman’s Private Part

Self discipline is not something to be taken for granted. A doctor identified as Ezequiel Fernández Bugin, has been arrested for allegedly mastur-bating while checking his patient’s private part during an ultrasound session.

The 33-year-old doctor has been charged with s*xual abuse.

He was taken into custody at the Canning Medical Center in the Argentine province of Buenos Aires. Hiss arrest came after the lady who was visiting the medical diagnostic imaging center in the town of Canning, noticed him making some strange movements.

The lady who also underwent a kidney exam, said the doctor was mastur-bating when she turned around and further realized that he had ejaculated on her back. The doctor was arrested after 911 was called in, and it was further gathered that the lady whose name was withheld by authorities turned in her clothes for further investigation.
