Orban’s Lyon Eye European Qualification Ticket On Final Day Of Ligue 1 Season

Gift Orban and his Lyon teammates would hope to end the Ligue 1 season with qualification to Europe.

Lyon will host Strasbourg on the final day of the league season on Sunday.

Currently in seventh place on 50 points, Lyon must beat Strasbourg and hope Lens lose to Montpellier.

Lens, also on 50 points, are in sixth spot which is the Europa Conference League play-offs spot.

Lyon will head into the final day of the season in good form as they have won their last three games.

Also, they have won four of their last five fixtures (one defeat).

However, they can still qualify for Europe if they beat Paris Saint-Germain in the French Cup final.

Victory for Orban and his teammates against PSG will see them qualify for the Europa League for next season.
