Atiku Reacts To Governor Makinde’s Assets Declaration, Hails Him

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the February 23, 2019 election, has reacted to Seyi Makinde asset declaration, which says the Governor has assets worth over 48 billion naira.

Mr. Atiku in his reaction to Mr. Makinde publicly declaring his assets called him “the trailblazing PDP governor.”

On Monday, the governor made public his assets, which include landed property (developed and undeveloped), household items, shares, and cash at hand, including the one in the bank worth N48 billion, Fox Meek reports.

Atiku who took to his Twitter page on Tuesday to react to the declaration, said the declaration was testament to integrity and accountability worthy of emulation.
