Former Chelsea and Inter Milan Manager, Antonio Conte has listed three clubs as favourites to win this season’s UEFA Champions league trophy.
According to Conte, the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and Chelsea have what it takes to win this season’s Europe topflight league trophy.
The 52-year-old, who is now working as a pundit on Sky Sport Italia for their Champions League coverage after resigning from his position as Inter Milan manager in the summer, stated this on Wednesday.
When asked who he thought were the leading candidates to go all the way in the Champions League, Conte replied: “The favourites are PSG, Manchester City and Chelsea.”
Meanwhile, PSG drew 1-1 against Club Brugge in Belgium, while Manchester City defeated RB Leipzig 6-3.
Chelsea, who are currently the Champions League holders, defeated Zenith 1-0 at Stamford Bridge.
