Nwakaeme, Rodallega Partnership Ranked Best In Turkey

Anthony Nwakaeme’s partnership with Colombian forward Hugo Rodallega in attack for Trabzonspor have been named the best offensive pair in the Turkish Super Lig with eight games left to play in the current season, reports Completesports.com.

Nwakaeme joined Trabzonspor from Hapoel Beer Sheva last summer for a fee in the region of £1.8m and has been impressive for the club.

The 29-year-old who has been in rich vein of form alongside Rodallega for Trabzonspor who are currently fourth in the league table.

The pair have contributed 27 of the 45 goals scored by Trabzonspor after 26 league games so far this term.

Nwakaeme has scored eight goals and made four assists while Rodallega has bagged 12 goals and three assists.

According to the official website of the Turkish Super Lig, the pair are followed closely by the duo of Galatasaray’s Henry Onyekuru and Sofiane Feghouli.

Onyekuru has scored 11 goals and has made three assists while Feghouli has found the back of the net seven times with four assists to his credit.
