The Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore through its National President, Abdullahi Bello Badejo has said it will rollout 5,000 Fulani vigilantes to the 36 states of the country.

He stated this during an interview with The Sun newspaper.

He said the State governors have no power to stop or ban grazing by Fulani herdsmen in their states. He said any governor who tries to is ‘merely daydreaming’.

He said plans for the the Miyetti Allah Vigilante Group is in the making.

He said they have decided to delay it to see if the Federal Government will protect their lives.

“Our Miyetti Allah Vigilance Group is still in the process, and we are delaying it, believing that the Federal Government, the Inspector General of Police, the Grand Khadi can stop all these small vigilance groups”.

He said the regional security outfits are killing the Fulanis and that they have no choice than to protect their people.

“We will have no option than to roll out our own with over 5, 000 personnel in all the 36 states of the federation and Abuja to protect our Fulani people in the forests and bushes, whose lives are in danger.

“You can see how the Amotekun are killing our people in the South-West, as if they are having an agenda. I’m very much surprised the way they are taking the law into their hands.”
